Our Network is committed to maintaining the quality standard, with mediation, supervision and intervention when the rules of respect for copyright and good professional practices are violated.
The Fade.Independent Network has partners in the audiovisual distribution area that will be included in the platform's differential distribution service.
The partner distributors of the chain will form together with Fade.Independent a jury to evaluate and curate audiovisual works that intend to integrate their catalog (cinemas, TV channels, cycles and film festivals and the like ...). The interest of Fade.Independent will only be to exercise its role as a 'mediating agent' acting in favor of facilitating and articulating the building of bridges between 'our users' and the partners of 'large distributors'. For the maintenance of this service, Fade.Independent will have a minority economic participation of what is collected in each film. Most of the economic gains of the project are to be shared between the authors of the work and the respective distributors taking into account what is agreed by both.
However, we will not accept published content that carries advertising of violence, and of any type of aggression, and the dissemination of ideas that may compromise the physical integrity of any ethnic groups, regardless of origin, creed and nationality, as well as sexual orientation, our network, will ban any project that is not in compliance with European legislation and human rights. By accepting the terms and conditions of members of the Fade.Independent Network, the user agrees to receive advertisements and advertisements from our partners.
Modification of Company Terms:
